Is Smoke Pass Worth It? The Honest Math

Memberships are everywhere now, so it is fair to ask whether a smoke shop membership actually pays off. Here is exactly what Smoke Pass includes today, what it costs, and who comes out ahead. No hype, just the numbers.

What Smoke Pass costs

Smoke Pass is $24.99 a month. You pay when you join, then Shopify's Subscriptions app bills the same amount to your saved card once a month on that date. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime from your account under Manage Membership, and your perks stay active through the month you already paid for.

What you get

• 10% off every order. Taken off your whole cart automatically at checkout. No codes and no minimums.
• A free mystery gift in every order. Our team packs a surprise from the shelf into every member order, delivery or pickup. Think a pre-roll, a THC drink or a gummy. Gifts vary by stock.
• Double Flamingos. Members earn 200 Flamingos per $1 instead of 100. Every 2,000 Flamingos is worth $1 of store credit, so that is 10% back in rewards instead of 5%.
• Half-price local delivery. Local delivery is a flat $18. Smoke Pass members pay $9.

Does it pay for itself?

Here is the honest version, using an $80 order:

• Two delivery orders a month: you save $16 from the 10% and $18 on delivery, so $34 against the $24.99 fee. That is about $9 ahead, before the extra Flamingos (another $8 in store credit) and two free gifts.
• One delivery order a month: you save $8 plus $9 on delivery, so $17. On discounts alone that does not cover the fee. The gift and the extra Flamingos close some of the gap, but if you order once a month, a free account is probably the better call.
• Pickup only: pickup is already free with any account, so the math is the 10%. You need about $250 a month in orders for the discount alone to cover the fee.

The short version: if you order twice a month or more, especially with delivery, Smoke Pass pays for itself. If you shop now and then, stay free and upgrade when it makes sense. The Smoke Pass page has a calculator where you can plug in your own numbers.
