🦩What are Flamingos?+
Flamingos are our rewards currency. Every $1 you spend at SoFlo earns you 100 Flamingos, and 2,000 Flamingos are worth $1 off — that's 5% back, or 10% for Smoke Pass members. You can spend them online or in any of our shops.
💸How do I earn Flamingos?+
The easy way: just shop. You earn on every order automatically. On top of that there are simple one-time quests — create your account, verify your email and phone, set your birthday, place your first order, leave your first review, join Smoke Pass, refer a friend, place a delivery order, and hit 5 orders. Track them all on your dashboard.
📧How do I verify my email? (+2,000)+
Your email is verified automatically the first time you sign in. We email you a 6-digit code, you type it in, and you are verified. If you have signed in before, this is already done.
📱How do I verify my phone? (+2,000)+
Sign in, open your account, and tap Profile. Add your mobile number and save it. If we text you a code, just type it in to confirm. That is it.

🎁What are Flamingo Quests?+
A set of 10 simple one-time quests that each pay Flamingos: create your account, verify email, verify phone, set your birthday, place your first order, leave your first review, join Smoke Pass, refer a friend, place a delivery order, and place 5 orders total. Track your progress right on your dashboard.
👥How do referrals work?+
Share your referral link from your dashboard. When your friend places their first order, you earn 10,000 Flamingos. They have to verify their email and phone first, so the Flamingos are always real.
🎂How does the birthday quest work?+
Add your birthday in your dashboard and you earn 2,000 Flamingos, one time. It takes a few seconds.
🛒How do I redeem online?+
Open your dashboard, go to your Flamingo Wallet, and pick how many dollars you want to use. It turns into store credit that applies by itself at checkout. Nothing to copy, paste, or type in.
🏪How do I redeem in store?+
At the register, give the cashier your phone number and tell them how much you want to use today. The amount comes straight off your total. Your Flamingos work the same online and in any of our shops.
⭐What does Smoke Pass do for my Flamingos?+
Smoke Pass members earn double Flamingos on every order, so 200 per $1 instead of 100, plus member pricing and cheaper delivery. It is the fastest way to stack rewards.
⏳Do my Flamingos expire?+
As long as you stay active, your Flamingos are yours. Keep shopping or redeeming now and then and your balance stays put.
