Free SoFlo Membership: How Flamingo Rewards Work

You do not have to pay anything to get rewarded at SoFlo. A free account earns Flamingos, our rewards points, on every order and unlocks local delivery. Here is how it all works.

What a free account gets you

• Flamingos on every order: 100 Flamingos for every $1 you spend.
• Local delivery: delivery within 50 miles of Miami is for SoFlo members, and a free account counts.
• Order tracking and alerts: follow your delivery live and get notified when your order is on the way or ready for pickup.
• Free in-store pickup at any of our seven shops.
• Verified reviews: review what you bought and get paid Flamingos for it.

What Flamingos are worth

2,000 Flamingos = $1. Earning 100 per $1 means you get 5% back on everything you buy. Cash them in for store credit in steps of $5 (10,000 Flamingos), $10, $25 or $50 from your dashboard, or spend them at the register in our shops.

Ten quests, 52,000 bonus Flamingos

On top of what you earn from orders, every account can complete these one-time quests. Knock them all out and that is 52,000 Flamingos, or $26 in store credit.

When to upgrade to Smoke Pass

Smoke Pass is $24.99 a month and doubles your earn rate to 200 Flamingos per $1 (10% back), takes 10% off every order, adds a free mystery gift to every order and cuts local delivery from $18 to $9. If you order a couple of times a month, it usually pays for itself. Here is the honest math.

How to join

Sign in or create your free account with just your email. It takes about a minute, and your first 2,000 Flamingos land as soon as the account is created.
