SoFlo Smoke Club products are intended for adults 21 and older. We take age verification seriously and verify age at multiple points in your order.

You Must Be 21 Or Older

By entering this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Products are not sold to anyone under 21, regardless of local age limits for other goods.

How We Verify Age

• At the site. Every visitor must confirm they are 21 or older before entering.
• At delivery. Our drivers check a valid government-issued photo ID at every drop-off. Orders are not released without a matching ID showing the recipient is 21 or older.
• At pickup. Staff verify a valid photo ID before any in-store pickup order is handed over.
• At checkout. We may use additional age-verification checks and reserve the right to request ID before fulfilling an order.

Refused Orders

If a recipient cannot present valid ID, is visibly under the influence, or appears to be under 21, the order will not be released. We may cancel and refund the order in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.

No Sales To Minors

Providing false information about your age, or buying on behalf of anyone under 21, is prohibited and may be illegal. We do not knowingly collect information from or sell to anyone under 21.
