How to Get the Most From Your SoFlo Membership

Most of what a SoFlo account is worth comes from a few habits. Here are ten, in the order most people should do them.

1. Finish the quests

Every account can complete ten one-time quests worth 52,000 Flamingos, or $26 in store credit. The quick ones take a few minutes: create your account, verify your email, verify your phone and add your birthday (2,000 each). The rest come from shopping: your first order (5,000), your first delivery (5,000), your first review (4,000), five orders (10,000), referring a friend (10,000) and joining Smoke Pass (10,000). Your dashboard shows what is left.

2. Review what you buy

Reviews are verified: you can only review something you actually bought. Your first one pays 4,000 Flamingos, and it helps the next customer choose.

3. Refer a friend

Share your referral link from the dashboard. When your friend verifies their email and phone and places their first order, you get 10,000 Flamingos, which is $5 in store credit.

4. Know what a Flamingo is worth

2,000 Flamingos = $1. A free account earns 100 per $1 spent (5% back). Smoke Pass earns 200 per $1 (10% back).

5. Cash them in, online or in store

From your dashboard, turn Flamingos into store credit in steps of $5, $10, $25 or $50. The credit applies at checkout. In our shops, ask the cashier to use your Flamingos and give them the email or phone number on your account.

6. Pick up for free

In-store pickup is free with any account and has no minimum. Choose In-Store Pickup in the cart, pick your shop, and we email you the moment your order is ready. Bring your ID.

7. Plan delivery around the $50 minimum

Local delivery has a $50 minimum on products and costs $18 ($9 with Smoke Pass), plus a $3 service fee. Grouping what you need into one order beats two small ones. You can also schedule a one-hour window later the same day instead of ASAP.

8. Watch the bell

When you are signed in, the bell at the top of the site shows your order updates and our announcements. Order updates also arrive by email.

9. Upgrade when the math works

Smoke Pass is $24.99 a month for 10% off every order, a free mystery gift in every order, double Flamingos and $9 delivery. If you order twice a month or more, especially with delivery, it usually pays for itself. Here is the honest math.

10. Stay in control

Smoke Pass has no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account whenever you like. Your Flamingo balance stays yours either way.

Must be 21 or older. Reward rates, quest values and fees are current as of September 2026 and may change.
